We just had the flooring replaced on the main floor of our house by AC Floors and they were fantastic! They gave us a quote in less than 24 hours after coming to our house. They then met us at the flooring store and helped us pick out the right flooring for our home. They were very communicative and completed the job in two days. A C Floors is a small business that I hired to install hardwood floors and stairs.  Arthur, the owner, answered many questions for me beforehand, took me to a showroom to explain the different constructions of wood stairs.  When I couldn’t find a 14ft long stair nose that I needed, he bought it for me from his supplier. The hardworking crew did an excellent job to make my new floor and stairs look beautiful. The AC Floors crew is great. They came in and worked hard all day, all the cuts made on my flooring were extremely clean and the crew left my house clean and tidy. I always read a companies reviews before doing business with them, and I just want to say that they far exceeded all of my expectations. AC Floors is a family owned and operated business and has been doing business in Richmond, Virginia for over 18 years. I want to highlight that the way I was treated on the phone and in person sealed the deal for me. Arthur the owner measured my floors and made recommendations to me along with his wife Renata regarding the colors for the trim and I'm so happy that I took their advice, it turned out great. I could not find the trim I needed anywhere and Arthur and Renata located it from their suppliers, they bought it and delivered it to my home, nobody else would have done that. My floors were delivered from Illinois and because of my disability, I was not abled to bring it into my home. Arthur come out to my home and carried it in for me, I was so grateful. Lastly, both Arthur and Renata came out to my home during installation and back to my house after installation and did a thorough inspection and help me get all of furniture back in place including my toilet. I'm 70 and partially disabled and all of the extra things they did for me meant the world to me. I would recommend to all of you who are looking for someone you can trust and someone to do a great job for you at a very competitive price, you should give them a call before you make your final decision.
